These terms govern the use of the butlrplus.com website (the “site”), published by BUTLR PLUS (“BUTLR+”, “we”) in Montréal, Quebec. By browsing the site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What the site presents

The site presents BUTLR+ residential hospitality: the services offered to residents, the app in preparation and the ways to reach us. Services, prices and availability may vary from one residence to another and are confirmed at the time of the request. The information on the site is provided for guidance only and is not a contractual offer.

Photographs and visuals

The photographs and films on the site are mood visuals. Unless stated otherwise, the people and places shown are not BUTLR+ team members, clients or residences. The screens shown on the app page are a preview in preparation and may change.

Intellectual property

The BUTLR+ name, the monogram, the texts, the layout and the graphic elements of the site belong to BUTLR+ or are used with permission. The photographs and films come from image libraries and are used under their licences. Any reproduction or reuse, in whole or in part, without our written permission is prohibited.

Use of the site

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation: no attempt at unauthorized access, no automated collection of its content, no unlawful content sent through its forms.

Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the site available and accurate, but cannot guarantee it at all times. It may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. To the extent permitted by law, BUTLR+ is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site or from being unable to access it.

The site contains links to third-party services, such as Instagram. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for them; their use is subject to their own terms.

Governing law
